This study aimed to assess the My Brother’s Keeper (MBK), a program intended for internal cleansing of Philippine National Police (PNP). The descriptive research design was used employing researcher-made survey questionnaire distributed police officers (228), community members (262), and values coaches (49). assessment three groups respondents showed that MBK as an PNP, anti-corruption component absolutely essentially important by both coaches. Meanwhile, professionalism seen truly PNP personnel, moderately Results further personnel agreed problems exist with involved in implementation Program. results uphold is it influenced positively their work performance, interpersonal relationship, self-perceptions.
